ASOP-UTT Cricket Coaching Programme - Bowling Clinic

 

We are delighted to inform the public that Phase Two of the UTT/ASOP Cricket Coaching Programme - An intense Nine Day Fast Bowling Clinic – will be launched on Wednesday, April 7th 2010 at the O’Meara Recreational Facility of The University of Trinidad and Tobago at the O’Meara Campus in Arima.

Facilitators of the Bowling Clinic are: Darren Holder and Craig McDermott.

The fast bowling clinic will be held from April 7th to April 15th at various venues.

A closing ceremony will take place on the final day, Thursday, April 15th from 6.00 pm to 8.00pm at the National Cricket Centre, Balmain, Couva.

Please note:

A Public Forum will be held on Monday, April 12th 2010 from 7.00pm to 9.00pm at UTT’s Valsayn Campus.

Five panelists at this forum will be: Brian Lara, Gordon Greenidge, Craig McDermott, Anthony Gray and Baldath Mahabir (Representative of TTCB)

Members of the general public are invited to attend this two-hour interactive session.

·         The West Indies Under 15 cricketers and UTT cricket coaches, Tony Gray, Mervyn Dillon and Larry Gomes will take full part in this clinic.

You will recall Phase One of this programme - An Intense Fielding Clinic - was held back in June 2008 with Facilitators, Darren Holder and Mike Young.
